Stefan Kramer's practice focuses on capital markets and banking law. He regularly advises on asset based financings (covered bonds and securitizations), banking regulation (including regulatory capital transactions) and derivatives markets regulations. Other areas of work include insolvency law and financial markets infrastructures. He is also a member of the firm's TechGroup.
