Raúl Borrell joined Alemán, Cordero, Galindo & Lee in 2002 as an associate, becoming partner in 2012.

• Advised PSA Panama International Terminal, S.A. in connection with a new contract-law between the company and the Republic of Panama, in which PSA Panama International, S.A. commits to develop, construct, operate, and administer a con bulk cargo and ro-ro containers terminal;

• Advised Cable & Wireless Panama, S.A. in the acquisition of 12 corporations within Grupo Sonitel for $41.3 million. Grupo Sonitel is a provider of end-to-end managed IT solutions and telecommunications services to business and government customers in Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Peru.
