Gabriela has extensive expertise in energy efficiency projects and all matters related to transition to clean energy and decarbonization, and has worked on a wide range of renewable and conventional energy projects in various stages of development and operation.

  • Assisted Bioivt, a leading global provider of high-quality biological specimens and value-added services in the acquisition of a European company with local (Romanian) presence, leader in the human tissue procurement and clinical trial services.
  • Assisted Europe's largest publisher of puzzles and braintainment games in the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by one of the largest print houses in SE Europe.
  • Assisted a leading insurance company and its minority shareholders in the final stage of the exit, respectively the sale of the minority participation retained by the founders, now minority shareholders, to the majority shareholder.
  • Advised a global biopharmaceutical company on the divestiture of its consumer healthcare business in Romania.
  • Assisted PepsiCo in acquiring a minority shareholding in AQUA Carpatica, a Romanian spring water brand owned by Carpathian Springs SA.
