• Advised a major bank in Romania in the co-equity investment (together with other two Romanian banks) in a Romanian company specialized in transport, processing and storage of cash and other valuables.
• Advised on the merging of five Romanian entities of a Japanese automotive parts company into five Romanian entities of a global provider of automotive components.
• Advised a global leading player in payment solutions in the acquisition of the group of entrepreneurial companies holding and managing the largest Romanian employee engagement platform.
