She assisted players active in the insurance field on the full range of M&A transactional and non-transactional matters, including various regulatory and corporate aspects.

• Assisted Europe's largest publisher of puzzles and braintainment games in the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by one of the largest print houses in SEE region.

• Assisted a leading insurance company and its minority shareholders in the final stage of the exit, respectively the sale of the minority participation retained by the founders, now minority shareholders, to the majority shareholder.

• Advised a global biopharmaceutical company on the divestiture of its business consumer healthcare business in Romania.

• Assisted Bioivt, a leading global provider of high-quality biological specimens and value-added services in the acquisition of a European company with local (Romanian) presence, leader in the human tissue procurement and clinical trial services.
