Robert Bachner

Robert Bachner is a partner in Schoenherr's corporate and m&a practice. He specialises in M&A transactions, energy and infrastructure projects and related project documents as well as joint ventures in Austria and CEE with a particular focus on finance-related projects.

After graduating from the University of Vienna, Robert also gained international experience through a postgraduate degree in corporate law at New York University. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2000 and subsequently worked as a regular associate at a leading New York based international law firm. IFLR1000 ranks Robert as "Highly Regarded".
