Clemens Rainer

Clemens Rainer is a partner in the real estate & construction practice and specialises in real estate M&A transactions as well as the drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts. Prior to joining the real estate & construction practice, he worked for more than six years in Schoenherr's corporate/m&a team, where he focused on the real estate asset class. Together with the teams of the real estate & construction practice group in Austria and CEE, he regularly advises on all real estate law issues in complex transactions. Prior to joining Schoenherr, Clemens worked for a national law firm in Vienna, focusing on Austrian corporate and real estate law as well as capital markets transactions.
