Alexander Popp is partner at Schoenherr specialising in m&a. Alexander assists clients active in the energy, insurance and telecoms industries, advising them in particular on m&a projects and foreign direct investments in CEE. Alexander has been active in CEE for 20+ years and has substantially contributed to the development of the Schoenherr network in the region. Since 2023 he is managing partner of the firm.
