Lee Saladino is counsel in Homburger’s Capital Markets and Financing and Investment Products teams. She specializes in capital markets transactions, with a focus on cross-border securities offerings. A significant component of her practice involves advising Swiss banks in connection with the structuring and documentation of their regulatory capital instruments.

Prior to joining Homburger, she was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP (New York).

  • Advised UBS Group AG (including the former Credit Suisse Group AG) on the structuring and documentation of all its bailinable (TLAC) bonds, AT1 write-down instruments and AT1 capital notes with an equity conversion feature, as well as in connection with its other treasury capital markets activity, including UBS Group AG’s assumption of Credit Suisse Group AG debt in connection with UBS Group AG’s acquisition of the
    Credit Suisse group in March 2023;

  • Advised Thermo Fisher on its CHF 1.425 bn bond issuance in March 2025, which was the largest Swiss franc bond issuance by a U.S. corporate issuer and was named by Global Capital as the "Swiss Franc Bond of the Year" for 2025;

  • Advised Swiss corporates, such as Nestlé and Roche, in their 144A/Reg S guaranteed senior notes offerings, including Nestlé’s USD 2.5 billion senior notes offering in 2024 and Roche’s USD 1.9 bn senior notes offering in 2025;

  • Advised various issuers, such as Straumann and Danaher, in their Swiss franc senior bond offerings, including Straumann’s CHF 250 m bond offering in October 2025 and Danaher’s CHF 1.25 bn bond offering in October 2025;

  • Supported the National Working Group for Reference Rates in Swiss Francs in the development of preferred interest rate provisions for SARON floating rate notes, including sample fallback language (2019).
