Jürg Frick

Jürg Frick is a banking and finance specialist whose main focus is on financial services and collective investment regulations, syndicated debt financing, international bond offerings, venture capital and buyout financing, restructurings and insolvency law.In addition, Jürg is a member of the Banking and Finance Committee and Chairman of the Legal Opinion Sub Committee of the International Bar Association and of the Editorial Board of Global Restructuring Review.

In 2014, he became partner at Homburger.

• Advised Roche on the issuance of USD 1.9 bn senior notes;
  
  
• Advised Sonova Holding AG on the issuance of CHF 150 m bonds;
  
  
• Advised Swarovski International Holding AG on the refinancing of a EUR 550 m credit financing;
  
  
• Advised UBS Switzerland AG, Migros Bank AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank on the refinancing of the Sequotech Group;
  
  
• Advised UBS Switzerland AG on CHF 3.6 bn credit facilities for Alpiq.
