  • Advised Austrian HS Timber Group and Blue Minds on the sale of Interfloat Corporation and GMB Glasmanufaktur Brandenburg GmbH to Borosil Renewables Ltd, listed on the Indian Stock Exchange;
  • Advised P&I Personal & Informatik GmbH on the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in VRZ Informatik Gesellschaft mbH (Dornbirn) and its sister company ThinkCreateAct AG (Switzerland);
  • Advised Czipin Privatstiftung and Alois Czipin on the sale of all shares (100 %) in Czipin Produktivitätssteigerungs-GmbH to EFESO Consulting France SAS.
