Gabriela Cacerea has over 18 years of activity representing clients in structuring, negotiating and achieving the successful completion of their projects in Romania, such as domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate reorganisation, corporate fraud, private equity transactions, joint ventures and minority investments, capital markets or strategic investors transactions, IPOs and SPOs, other corporate and commercial matters.

• Advised an Israeli multinational pharmaceutical company in the process of restructuring its business in Romania through a business transfer agreement.
• Advised an international property development and investment platform in the sale of its local SPV in Romania.
• Advised an Italian multinational energy company in the assessment of the secondary legislation issued by the Romanian regulatory authority in energy from the perspective of compliance with national and EU regulatory principles and contestation relevant regulations before the regulatory authority.
