Ken Etim

Ken is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He has vast knowledge and understanding of the oil & gas and power industries and considerable experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Ken routinely advises governments, oil majors, independent contractors and all other participants in the oil & gas and power industries.

• Ken is leading the team presently advising the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (“NNPC”) in relation to NLNG Trains 1-6 upstream gas development and supply arrangements.
• Advising the NNPC/Mobil JV in relation to its Phase 2 Satellite Fields (Ibot, Ifure and Mfem Fields) development financing transaction.
• Advised NNPC-Chevron JV, in relation to two (2) petroleum drilling and development program financing amounting to US$1.2bn and US$780m, obtained by the NNPC-Chevron JV
• Advised Shoreline Natural Resources Limited and ND Western Limited, on the acquisition of 45% participating interest in OMLs 30 and 34, respectively.
