Johannes Aehrenthal is a partner and head of our Corporate & Commercial department, with vast experience in M&A transactions, corporate law matters, reorganisations and private client advice, including Trust related matters. He advises large domestic and international clients of the firm, some of them for more than 20 years.

• Advised the shareholders of ELIN Motoren GmbH on the sale of a 70% stake in the company to the Voith technology group.
• Advised the shareholders of Traktionssysteme Austria GmbH on the sale of almost 60% of the shares in the company to Voith and PCS Holding.
