Guy Mbenda

Guy Mbenda is a lawyer, tax advisor and an Associate of the Firm.

Guy is involved in corporate transactions, international tax transactions, projects and concessions in the energy sector as well as project financing in Europe and Africa. In Africa, he advises on transactions in several OHADA member countries. Before joining the firm, Guy worked in the Tax department of SOLEVO Cameroon (former Louis Dreyfus commodities), FISCALIA International, ALPICAM and YENIGUM Construction.

• Advised ENEO CAMEROON in the syndicated financing transaction of FCFA 100 billion with eight Cameroonian banks.
• Advised the Consortium FAYAT, RAZEL-BEC and EGIS in the 230 million euros PPP project for the construction of 14 toll gates in Cameroun.
• Advised ENEO CAMEROON in a EUR 68 million debt refinancing with a banking pool in Cameroon.
• Advised ENEO CAMEROON in a EUR 25 million project for the financing, construction and operation of two 25 MW solar power plants in Cameroon.
• Advised EDFI Electrifi on the EUR 3 million lending to UPOWA Cameroon for its expansion in Cameroon.
