Lynda is a lawyer admitted at the Paris and Cameroon Bars.  She advises on general Business law, corporate operations, project and concessions in the energy and infrastructures sectors as well as project financing in Africa with a specific focus on the OHADA zone.

Before founding the firm, she spent more than ten years practicing with a number of business law firms including Orrick , Clifford Chance LLP, Simmons & Simmons LLP and Reed Smith offices in Paris and Actis, Cameroon Power Holdings in France and Cameroon.

Lynda is also ranked among the top 100 most influential corporate lawyers in Francophone Africa for 2019 by Jeune Afrique and Jeune Afrique Business Plus. 

  • Advised the Consortium FAYAT, RAZEL-BEC and EGIS in the 230 million euros PPP project for the construction of 14 toll gates in Cameroun. 
  • Advised ENEO CAMEROON in a EUR 68 million debt refinancing with a banking pool in Cameroon.  
  • Advised ENEO CAMEROON in a EUR 25 million project for the financing, construction and operation of two 25 MW solar power plants in Cameroon.  
  • Advised EDFI Electrifi on the EUR 3 million lending to UPOWA Cameroon for its expansion in Cameroon.
