  • Advising the Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, on the legal, financial and technical aspects of a housing project for the Kenya police and prisons services under the PPP model at project cost of KES 34 Billion.
  • Representing the University of Nairobi in arbitration proceedings arising out of termination of a contract worth KES 2 Billion.
  • Representing the County of Nairobi in proceedings to recover KES 62 Billion from the Department of Defence resulting from appropriation of County land.
  • Representing CENTUM in divestiture of its shares in AON Kenya worth KES 1.028 Billion liaising with various financial regulatory bodies to procure the necessary approvals for the transaction.
  • Advising Rift Energy Ltd in the negotiations with the Government of Kenya for extension of their oil and gas exploration license and drafting the production sharing agreement.
  • Providing advisory services on the establishment of a subsidiary bank in Kenya. In addition to providing advisory services on the establishment of a representative office or branch of the Bank in Kenya at an investment of KES 1 Billion.
  • Representing the Client in obtaining regulatory and licensing approvals for the operation of a private medical laboratory in Nairobi, Kenya, at an investment of KES 34 Million.
