  • Advising the Kenyan public insurer NHIF, on the review all contracts between the Client and the medical service providers on its panel worth KES 900 Million, to ensure NHIF’s interests are protected.
  • Representing Cytonn Investments Ltd in a real estate transaction valued at KES 1.26 Billion and providing core legal advisory services to negotiate, prepare and procure all approvals and title documentation in favour of our Client.
  • Advising Kibwezi Sunpower Kenya Limited on a solar power project worth KES 6.5 Billion, providing legal transactional advisory services on; SPV Registration, Acquisition of Project Land, EOI’s, Statutory Approvals and Licenses, Power Purchase Agreements among other services.
  • Advising Kenya Power on the then draft Energy Bill 2017, its salient provisions and drafting the necessary subsidiary regulations to accompany the Bill for consideration, before the same was passed into law.
  • Providing legal consultancy and advisory services to the Government of Kenya, under the wide mandate to identify a legally sound approach for the establishment of a PPP model for designing, building, financing and operating police and prisons services housing through the private sector.
