Työttömyysvakuutusrahasto issue of €600 million and €300 million unsecured bonds

Overview:

• Työttömyysvakuutusrahasto (TVR) - the Finnish unemployment insurance fund - issued €600 million 0.375% and €300 million 0.25% unsecured bonds, on 25 June 2015 and 15 October 2015, that was offered to institutional investors.
• Danske Bank, Nordea Bank, Pohjola Markets and Swedbank acted as joint lead managers for the €600 million issue. Nordea Bank and Swedback served as joint lead managers for the €300 million issue.
• Both bonds were listed on the Nasdaq OMX Helsinki.
• TVR is a public body governed by Finnish special legislation.
