Overview:

  • Tryg Forsikring, a Copenhagen-based insurance company with offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, issued NKr1.4 billion of subordinated Tier 2 bonds due 2045, listed on the Oslo Børs.
  • Danske Bank and Pareto Securities served as joint lead managers on the issue.
  • The proceeds were used partially to finance the existing debt of the company.
