Electron Investment $235 million bond issue

Overview:

• Electron Investment has issued three series of bonds for an aggregate amount of $235 million.
• Banco General and acted as arranger and administrative agent. 
• The funds raised from the first series were used to repay loans granted by International Finance Corporation, Inter-American Development Bank, Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft, CAF, Banco General and Banvivienda.
