New Europe Property Investments €165 million acquisition of Aupark Kosice shopping center and Aupark Office Tower

Overview:

• New Europe Property Investments has acquired the Aupark Kosice shopping centre and the Aupark Office Tower for €165 million from HB Reavis.
• Both developments are located in Kosice. The shopping centre has 34,000 square metres of lettable space, the office tower has 12,700 square metres of lettable space.
• New Europe Property Investments is a South Africa based commercial property investor and developer.
