Overview:

  • SIA Riga Retail Park has acquired 35.7 acres of land from SIA Verus Praedium, the franchisee of the IKEA in Latvia.
  • The land will be used for the development of a new Saga shopping centre that will also provide consumers with entertainment and dining opportunities. 
  • To help finance the transaction, CVI Dom Makleski provided mezzanine financing to SIA Riga Retail Park.
