Overview:

• University of Latvia campus extension
• The European Investment Bank (EIB) offered a loan of €30 million to the University of Latvia, backed by the Juncker Plan, to build state of-the-art research and study facilities. The loan assisted the university on the construction and furnishing of two buildings in the new Tornakalns campus.
