Nuuk City Development PPP

Overview:

• Nuuk City Development PPP
• Nuuk City Development will be the largest city development project in Greenland, and aims to include the construction of tunnels, bridges and roads, as the city increases its population.
• The project are expected to be financed through PPP agreements in which investments are made by both a company called Siorarsiorfik – Nuuk City Development (NCD) and private investors.  NCD is established by Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq and aims to finance, develop, prepare, construct and run the development of both Nuuk and Siorarsiorfik.
• The entire project will be around DKr4-5 billion.
