BRUA gas corridor (Romania section) ROL278 million financing

Overview:

• Transgaz has secured ROL278 million in financing from the EBRD for the construction of the Romania section of  the BRUA gas corridor.
• The pipeline has a total length of 1318km and will link with projects such as the Southern Gas Corridor, through TAP and TANAP, other central European gas hubs and future offshore production sites in the Black Sea.
• The pipeline runs between Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Austria.
• The total project cost is €479 million.
