  • Blackstone Property Partners Europe, a real estate fund managed by Blackstone, has reached an agreement to acquire a portfolio of European logistics properties from Goodman Group for €600 million.  
  • The portfolio comprise 24 properties, with the majority in France, Germany, and Poland.
