Overview:

  • AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) acquired a portfolio of 39 properties from Gramercy Property Europe for approximately €1 billion.
  • Gramercy Property Europe is a fund owned by US Reit, Gramercy Property Trust. 
  • The fully-let portfolio, which predominately comprises logistics assets, is spread across five European countries.
  • More than 40% of the assets are in Germany, a significant portion are in the Netherlands and France, and around 10% are in the UK and Poland.
  • The portfolio spans four asset classes, with logistics represnting 86.5% and the remainder comprising retail outlets, car dealerships and offices.
