- Sephora is a subsidiary of French luxury group LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), while Luxola is a Singapore-based online beauty retailer which offers a range of cosmetics and skincare products across South East Asia.
- This is the sixth Singaporean brand LVMH has invested in, with the other five being Charles and Keith, Ce La Vi, Crystal Jade, Heng Long Tannery and Sincere Watch & Jewellery.
