French cosmetics chain store Sephora has acquired online beauty retailer Luxola for an undisclosed sum to expand its presence in South East Asia.
Sephora is a subsidiary of French luxury group LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), while Luxola is a Singapore-based online beauty retailer which offers a range of cosmetics and skincare products across South East Asia.
This is the sixth Singaporean brand LVMH has invested in, with the other five being Charles and Keith, Ce La Vi, Crystal Jade, Heng Long Tannery and Sincere Watch & Jewellery.
