Overview:

• China Sonangol Media Investment has invested Rp8 trillion ($606 million) in Gedung Indonesia 1 towers.
• The project is developed in partnership with Media Group, a leading media company in Indonesia. 
• Located within the central business district of Jakarta, the towers have potential gross floor area of 2.2 million sq ft.
• The two towers include premium office space, luxury apartments, and commercial space with grade A, Greenmark Platinum Certification.
