Overview:

Real estate developer HB Reavis has secured €350 million financing for the construction of three buildings (Varso Place) in Warsaw.
It is the largest construction loan in the history of Polish real estate market.
Varso Tower will also be the tallest skyscraper in the European Union standing at 310 metres.
