Singapore’s Baker & McKenzie Wong & Leow has added Chen Yih Pong as principal to its capital markets practice.

Previously at WongPartnership, Singapore-qualified Pong has 12 years of experience working in corporate finance, and a range of capital markets transactional matters such as initial public offerings, rights issues and share placements. He is also experienced in advising investment banks as underwriters on capital markets deals.
