Salwa Abdallah is the head of Lebanon office and a member of the firm’s corporate practice.

Salwa’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law matters, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. She has represented clients on several noteworthy domestic and cross‑border high profile transactions, mostly in digital and fashion industries.

Prior to joining Meysan, Salwa worked for multiple reputable law firms in Lebanon. Salwa has been recommended by the Legal 500 as a key lawyer for commercial, corporate, and M&A.

  • Representing Investcorp Group in its divestment from Automak Automotive Company operating in Kuwait and the broader MENA region.

  • Advising an Emirati‑based company on a cross‑border acquisition of a majority stake in a CMA‑licensed Kuwaiti entity involving complex regulatory approvals.

  • Representing Jadwa Investment in its acquisition of a 70% equity stake in Dabdoob Holdings Limited Company.

  • Assisting Al Bayan Medical Company in its acquisition of a majority stake in Sky for the Management of Specialized Medical Centers W.L.L.

  • Advising National Consumer Holding Company (NCHC) in its acquisition of the entire share capital of Cozmo Entertainment General Trading.
