Özgür Kocabaşoğlu is a highly experienced corporate attorney with more than two decades of experience in national and multijurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, banking, capital markets transactions, corporate and project finance, and more. His expertise in international transactions spans a wide range of business sectors, including energy, mining, transportation, ports, airports, construction, finance, retail, and real estate.

Throughout his career, Özgür has focused on privatizations, public-private partnerships, and complex cross-border transactions involving commercial banks, corporate entities, public and private companies.
