Tuna Çolgar

With a wealth of experience spanning a wide range of corporate matters, Tuna Çolgar is an expert in national and multijurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and share transfer transactions.

In addition to his extensive experience in corporate structuring, including spin-offs, option rights, and group company management, Tuna has a deep understanding of cross-border strategic business transactions, project finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, privatizations, and private equity investments.

Tuna's expertise also extends to advising and coordinating all aspects of energy projects, including drafting and negotiating EPC and its supplementary contracts. He is also skilled in advising on and drafting various local and international contracts, including FIDIC and ICC contracts, and has represented foreign and local clients in various projects in Turkey and abroad.

Tuna is also experienced in advising, drafting, and negotiating agency and distribution contracts, as well as cross-border representation agreements.
