Mutinta Annel Zulu

Mutinta has over 10 years experience advising on complex energy, mining, infrastructure, and finance transactions. She brings deep expertise in real estate, mining, and energy law, and is widely recognized for guiding clients through environmental and regulatory compliance matters. Her ability to advise both private sector stakeholders and public institutions has established her as a trusted legal partner across diverse industries.

She holds an LLB from the University of Zambia and an LLM in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town. Mutinta is admitted as an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia and is an active member of the Law Association of Zambia.
