Jenny Lindén

Jenny Lindén works in Delphi’s transactions practice, primarily focusing on capital markets law. She has experience from IPOs, public takeover offers and capital raisings and regularly advises listed companies on matters relating to incentive programs, corporate governance as well as general corporate and contract law. In addition, Jenny has experience in mergers and acquisitions and investments for both private and public companies.
