Prior to founding Kwok Yih & Chan, Conrad was a partner of an international firm in Hong Kong. He obtained his law degree in both Hong Kong and Beijing, and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1994.

Conrad specialises in public takeovers, cross border M&As, private equity transactions, capital markets fund raisings (including IPOs) and transactions, corporate governance and regulatory investigation.

His client includes investment banks/financial institutions, corporates and public companies, private equity and hedge funds. Conrad’s experience over the last two decades has been across many sectors, such as financial/securities, Fintech, TMT, real estate, mining and energy, education, healthcare and gaming. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Acted for Sora Valkyrie Limited, 210K Capital LP, Top Legend SPC and Allied Top Investments as purchasers in relation to their acquisition of 70.26% controlling interest in Moon Inc. (formerly HK Asia Holdings Limited) that triggered a mandatory general offer.
  • Advised Moon Inc. on the issuance of convertible notes under specific mandate and the issuance of new shares and convertible notes under general mandate for an aggregate principal amount of approximately HK$34 million and HK$52 million, respectively; and provided legal advice on its subsidiary’s (i) launch of tender offer in Thailand to acquire tender offer securities, and (ii) the subscription of interest in a Korean fund.
  • Advised and assisted TATA Health International Holdings Limited on the successful resumption of trading in its shares on the Main Board following suspension pending, among others, participation in the Company’s debt restructuring plan, provision of advice on relevant business strategies, and drafting of the resumption proposal and all responses to the Stock Exchange's enquiries regarding resumption. The Company successfully resumed trading on 1  December 2025
  • Advised Welife Technology Limited on its review of the Listing Committee’s decision to cancel its listing and successfully overturned such decision, by conducting a rehearsal session for the Listing Review Committee hearing and devising a set of questions on its business, operations, financial information and internal control relevant to the review hearing and for the purpose of demonstrating its compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules
  • Advised Greenheart Group Limited,  a company listed in Hong Kong, on a very substantial disposal of assets for a consideration of approximately HK$616 million
  • Kasen International Holdings Limited - advised on the conversion of convertible bonds and related whitewash waiver application
  • Yunfeng Financial Group Limited – advised on an asset-backed hybrid facility/investment agreement which constituted a major and connected transaction under the HKEx Listing Rules
  • Greenheart Group Limited - advised on the rights issue of shares on the basis of 1 rights share for every 2 existing shares to raise a sum of not more than HK$33,668,088
