Angelika Fischer

Angelika Fischer is a counsel and has been with Schoenherr since January 2021. Angelika’s main areas of practice are equity and debt capital markets, banking & finance and corporate law. Before joining Schoenherr, she passed the bar exam and worked as an associate in a national law firm for three years. She gained work experience in the debt and equity capital markets department of one of Austria's largest banks and has worked on several debt capital markets transactions as well as equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs). Complex restructurings and refinancings also play an important role in his practice.
