His background includes senior roles at leading international law firms, where he managed landmark industrial expansion projects, privatizations, and cross border share acquisitions in regulated sectors.

Uzbekistan – Investment transaction in the construction sector (2025–2026) 

  • Acted as lead legal adviser to a seller in a high value M&A transaction involving one of Uzbekistan’s leading construction companies.
  • Advised on deal structuring, drafted and negotiated transaction documentation navigated regulatory requirements, and coordinated all stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution and completion of the deal.

Kazakhstan – 100% acquisition of a major polymetallic subsoil producer (2025–2026) 

  • Advised on the full legal due diligence for the acquisition of a leading Kazakhstan producer of zinc, baryte, gold and other ores. The mandate included review of mining licences and sub-soil use agreements, operational compliance, corporate governance and historic corporate actions, as well as risk identification and mitigation planning in coordination with technical and financial advisors.

Expansion of SKD Assembly Plant for European Premium Car Manufacturer

  • Provided comprehensive legal support for an investment project aimed at expanding production capacity at an existing SKD assembly plant in Russia.
  • Work included advising on enabling full cycle local production through investment agreements and project financing documentation
  • As well as coordinating with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance with industrial and investment legislation.
