Ravinder is a member of the commercial team who has over 16 years’ experience advising clients on project development, corporate, regulatory and permitting issues.  Ravinder has particular expertise in advising sponsors and lenders on energy (conventional and renewables) and infrastructure projects with emphasis in the power and water sectors.

Advised:-

• Gulf Energy Development, PCL of Thailand on the acquisition of a 45% participating interest in respect of US$480million Duqm IPWP Project;
• the consortium led by Marubeni Corporation in respect of the design, conservation and financing of the 100mw Amin Solar IPP;
• Consortium of Japan Gasoline Company, Oman based United Infrastructure Development Company and Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction Company of Korea in respect of the 80,000m³ Sharqiyah IWP;
• SK Energy on its potential investment in a refinery project in Duqm SEZ Oman;
• an international developer on its potential investment in a real estate project in Oman;
