Ran Hai

Ran has substantial experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint venture transactions. He represents private equity and venture capital funds in their portfolio investments and acquisitions. Ran previously worked in the corporate department at the London offices of Freshfields, Bruckhaus, Deringer, where his practice focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

• Advised Oldford Group Limited (operator of the world's largest online poker site, "Pokerstars") and its controlling shareholders in connection with its sale for a total consideration of US$4.9 billion to Amaya Gaming;

• Advised Fosun Capital in its acquisition of AHAVA - Dead Sea Laboratories for NIS 290 million;

• Advised NeoGames S.a.r.l, a leader in the online lottery market, in William Hill's investment in NeoGames of $25 million in consideration for 29.4% of NeoGames' shares and the grant to William Hill of 2 call options to acquire the remaining 70.6% of NeoGames;

• Representing Apax Partners in the purchase of the controlling interest in Psagot Investment House from the York Funds, based on a company value of approximately NIS 2.76 billion.
