Aviram focuses his practice on private and public M&A, private equity transactions, venture capital investments and the general representation of privately held and publicly-traded companies, with substantial experience across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Aviram practiced corporate law for seven years with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison (based for four years at the firm's New York office and for three years at the firm's London office).
