Niv Sivan

Niv advises clients on a range of issues related to all aspects of their day-to-day business, corporate reporting and compliance issues. Niv has substantial experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment and joint venture transactions.

Niv also has extensive experience representing public companies, whose shares are publicly traded in Israel and abroad, with respect to regulatory matters, corporate governance, and other matters. Niv served in the Military Advocate General of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), as a legal counsel for the Israeli Air Force.

• Represented Apollo Global Management, LLC, in multiple transactions with respect to its holdings in A.D.O Group Ltd.'s shares (A.D.O), an Israeli public company that engages in real estate business in Germany, including with respect to A.D.O's going private transaction for an amount of about Euro 700M.
• Represented Cellcom Israel Ltd., in a successful public offering of approximately NIS 200M in one of the first public offerings in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since the Coronavirus lockdown. 
• Represented TPG Growth in an investment round by Infinidat Ltd., under which Infinidat raised about $30M.
• Represented Mr. David Fuhrer with respect to share acquisition and partnership agreement with Searchlight Capital Fund for the purchase of Bezeq, Israeli biggest telecommunication company, for a total of about NIS 630 M.
