Mr. Zhou is a senior partner of JunHe LLP, member of Jun He’s management committee. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and private equity. He has actively represented a number of international companies and banks in structuring, negotiation, and documentation in many finance and investment projects. In recent years, he has acted for multinational companies, international financial institutions and private equity investors on many joint venture investment, growth investment, and buy-out transactions in the area of manufacturing, finance, manufacturing, healthcare and consumer.

He has been ranked as a leading lawyer in the Banking & Finance area by Chambers & Partners from 2012 to 2024. He was awarded as “Asian Deal Makers” by Asia Legal Business in 2021.
