Ho Thuy Ngoc Tram is a Partner at Frasers Law Company, based in Ho Chi Minh City. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in corporate and M&A, renewable energy, infrastructure, banking and finance, and project finance.
Tram regularly advises on large, complex, and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including billion-dollar renewable energy financing projects. Her clients include leading companies across energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, FMCG, and services sectors.
