For the past 20 years, Hanne Mølbeck has specialised in public and environmental law, with a particular focus on infrastructure projects and compulsory acquisition.
Recognised as one of Denmark's leading experts within compulsory acquisition, Hanne is known for her ability to provide clear, plain-language advice, her constructive collaboration skills in case handling, and her deep understanding of and commitment to the development of societal infrastructure.
Hanne assists Metroselskabet I/S in matters related to the operation of the Metro and the construction of the City Circle Line (Cityringen). In addition, her long-standing experience covers other types of infrastructure (light rail systems, roads, utility lines, ports, etc.), and she regularly advises regions and municipalities on general land and rights issues. This includes, for example, local development plans, urban development projects, cadastral issues, as well as securing and relocating utility lines.
With her extensive knowledge and over 20 years of experience in compulsory acquisition, Hanne also works intensively on matters relating to the situation in the mink industry following the decision to close it down. She assists numerous mink farmers and related industries in cases pertaining to the setting of damages.
Hanne represents the public sector, primarily public construction authorities and infrastructure owners, as well as private enterprises within her field of expertise.
She frequently gives lectures to construction authorities, municipalities and advisers, speaks on topics within public and environmental law, and participates in relevant networks.
