Armando has vast experience in various practice areas, among which he has led the Banking and Corporate Department of the firm, specializing in Banking Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Trade and International Contracting. He has had relevant participation leading several successfully concluded litigations and arbitrations.

He has participated in numerous local and multinational transactions, such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and project financing, including some of the largest and most complex transactions in the region in recent times.

Advised business groups in the negotiations of the free trade agreement (FTA) between the United States and Central America (2005) and the Association Agreement, a free trade agreement with the European Union (2008/2009).

His leadership and strategic vision have been fundamental in the growth of the firm from its incorporation to the present.

Among his contributions to the legal profession in El Salvador, his performance as professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Dr. José Matías Delgado University (1982-1993) stands out.
