Eivind Eliassen

Eivind Eliassen is part of BAHR's OCEAN group, whre he contributes with his extensive expertise in banking and finance law. 

Eivind regularly assists Norwegian and international banks and financial institutions in connection with the financing of vessels, offshore installations, aircrafts, real estate, companies and other assets.

Eivind also specializes in insolvency law, and works with the handling of defaulted loans, the recovery of loan and guarantee obligations, the enforcement of collateral and the restructuring of businesses.
