David Kahan

David E. Kahan joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in 2000 and was elected to the partnership in 2008. Mr. Kahan is a partner in the firm’s Executive Compensation and Benefits Department, and is active in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, focusing on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of transactions. He also advises companies on executive compensation and related corporate governance matters.
